Policy

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy for CPR/First Aid Classes

 

Space is limited, and reservations hold that seat for you. We understand that situations beyond your control may arise, therefore these rules apply:

 

Please give us at least 24-hours notice if you are unable to attend.  Cancellations require a minimum of 24-hours notice before start of class time and date.

 

Participants are given one opportunity to reschedule, and it must be rescheduled to a class within 60 days of the original class date.

 

No fee will be charged for rescheduling if completed 24-hours prior to the start time and date of class.

 

Any rescheduling within the 24 hours of the start of the class is subject to a $10 processing fee.

Any cancellations and rescheduling within the 12-hours of the start of class will not be accepted.

If classes are canceled, the participants shall be notified by email and refunds will be issued.

 

Refunds for CPR/First Aid books:

All sales are final on American Heart Association books.
